Seperti biasa,,mengisi waktu luang sebelum tidur, seharian melewati waktu begini dan begini terus,,,main game bosan...,dengerin lagu yang itu-itu aja aku bosan...,cari lagu baru.,,aku otak atik dan ketemu....

Kebetulan lagi tertarik sama band satu ini One Direction,, iseng-iseng dengerin satu lagu "What Makes You Beautiful" asik lagunya, kemudian dengerin lagu kedua "One Thing" asik lagunya, aku cari lagi lagu lain dan dapat lagu ketiga "More Than This" yang ini menurutku lebih asik lagunya.. Satu kali di play emmmm,, dua kali, tiga kali dan akhirnya hatiku rontok,,lutut kaki keriting,, aiiiiihhhh bagus buanget lagunya...,,emmmm lebay ya.,, tapi beneran,, liriknya bagus banget..

Antioksidan Dan Hidup Sehat

Hidup sehat sangat berkaitan dengan kandungan antioksidan di dalam tubuh. 

Mengapa?..,,

Hidup sehat sebenarnya tidak hanya dilihat dari pola makan, olahraga, cukup tidaknya tidur, dan gaya hidup. Tapi sebetulnya dari rangkaian tersebut ada faktor yang paling peting dari konsumsi makanan manusia yaitu kandungan antioksidan dalam tubuh manusia. Manusia dalam beraktivitas membutuhkan energi, dimana energi tersebut di pereroleh dari makanan, namun kadang manusia tidak menyadari bahwa makanan tersebut belum tentu memberikan energi yang positif bagi tubuhnya. Tubuh manusia sangat membutuhkan antioksidan untuk mencegah berkembangnya penyakit yang diakibatkan dari radikal bebas yang berasal dari lingkungan tempat manusia tersebut tinggal dan beraktivitas. Manusia yang tinggal di perkotaan lebih rentang terhadap berbagai macam penyakit di bandingkan manusia yang tinggal di daerah pedesaan, karena sudah jelas bahwa tingkat radikal bebas di daerah perkotaan lebih tinggi di bandingkan dengan di daerah pedesaan. 

Perlu kita tahu bahwa radikal bebas yaitu molekul oksigen yang manusia hirup, 

secara kimia strukturnya berubah menjadi molekul yang berdampak negatif bagi tubuh yang diakibatkan oleh lingkungan sekitar, seperti radiasi, asap rokok, polusi dll. 

Jadi semakin banyak radikal bebas yang masuk ke dalam tubuh kita, maka semakin banyak pula sel-sel dalam tubuh kita yang rusak dan mengakibatkan berkembangnya berbagai macam penyakit.

  Untuk mencegah dampak negatif dari radikal bebas, 

maka dibutuhkan zat pelindung tubuh yaitu antioksidan. Antioksidan diperoleh dari berbagai sumber, 

yaitu berbagai vitamin (A,C,E), polipenol, 

karotin, dan mineral. Cukup mudah untuk mendapatkan 

makanan yang mengandung antioksidan, 

seperti hampir semua buah-buahan dan 

sayur-sayuran mengandung antioksidan 

(vitamin, palipenol, karotin, dan mineral).

Selain buah dan sayur ternyata, 

sumber antioksidan dapat diperoleh dari, 

teh, bir, minyak zaitun, cokelat, 

kopi, dan minuman anggur. 

Wow, ternyata bir, kopi dan cokelat

 mengandung polipenol yang 

cukup baik sebagai antioksidan

 tubuh juga.... (^_^)

Boy Band Remaja saat ini One Direction

Boy band ini cocok buat para remaja, karena anggotanya memang masih remaja-remaja. Mungkin bedanya mereka tidak seperti Boy Band korea yang umumnya metroseksual dan banyak dance nya,, One Direction ini aliran pop rock nya anak muda banget,, soal suara/vocal mereka memang bagus juga dan yang jelas mereka tidak banyak menari,,,hehehehe.

One Direction itu bisa mengingatkan kita kembali ke jaman-jaman tahun 90-an yang masih berjayanya boyband  

boyband  seperti N'Sync, Westlife,dan BackStreetBoys yang lekat banget buat kita yang menginjak masa-masa remaja..

One Direction jebolan audisi The X Factor musim ke-7 yang gagal., tapi berkat sang juri di audisi tsb yaitu Simon Cowell mereka bisa buat album perdananya,, dan hasilnya mereka sukses mengguncang tangga musik di Inggris.
